2024 is starting off much as expected with a jumpy market and a mixed bag in prices across our mountain area. We were hopeful for a little more optimism than we are experiencing but the inflation report this week dashed the hopes of a long awaited cut in interest rates. We expect more of the same for now. That said, our market has continued to plug along with an increase in listings seen across the board and buyers still showing a strong interest in mountain property.
