COMMENTARY
As we close out the 2nd quarter of 2024, we are pretty much on the path we expected from the beginning of the year. Listings are up mountain wide as sales dropped a bit across the board. Listing prices and median sales prices moved a little in each direction depending on the area, but no significant changes were seen. Looking ahead, we are expecting more of the same and we are anticipating an interest rate decrease in September.
With the stability we are experiencing in home prices, sellers have retained much of their equity and are in great position to sell in this market.
