We find we are entering the 3rd quarter of the year in much the same situation as we entered the 2nd quarter. While the political situation remains uncertain and interest rates have moved very little, the good news is the mountain real estate market is holding steady. Year over year we find the number of sales is up over the 2nd quarter of 2025 as is the median sales price in most areas. Currently we are still experiencing a flat market and look forward to stabilization and lower interest rates!
